Product features
● The D512 series graphical display force controller is a next-generation, universal force-measurement instrument designed by our company.
● Features multifunctionality, high precision, and full‑process curve capture.
● Suitable for push‑pull force testing, insertion/extraction force testing, destructive testing, and more; it can also be integrated with various test rigs and fixtures to form compact testing machines tailored to different applications.
● The instrument features a cabinet-mounted aluminum alloy enclosure, allowing for easy integration into control cabinets.
Technical specifications
*1. Equipped with a 3.5-inch, 65,535-color TFT display;
*2. Real-time force‑value curve display and curve capture;
*3. Isolated RS232 and RS485 communication interfaces;
*4. Isolated 4-channel external inputs, 4-channel transistor open-collector outputs;
*5. Mechanical tactile buttons with a locking function;
*6. Equipped with continuous Modbus output or Modbus RTU communication protocol;
*7.4–20 mA or 0–10 V analog output interface (optional);
*8. Built-in real-time clock, capable of displaying the current time and date;
*9. Peak values, real-time readings, and test‑process curves are displayed on the same screen, enabling monitoring and traceability of the entire testing procedure;
*10. The fracture alarm threshold, fracture alarm deadband, and upper/lower limit deviation values can be set freely;
*11. Arbitrary selection of alarm for within‑range, out‑of‑range, and breakage conditions;
*12. Once the alarm threshold is reached, the buzzer, display screen, and external output all simultaneously trigger an alarm.
*13. Three sets of units—g (mN/mlb/pa), kg (N/lb/kPa), and t (kN/KIb/MPa)—are freely selectable;
*14. Features peak-hold function, automatic peak release, and adjustable release time;
*15. Up to 100 test reports can be permanently stored, with details including test time, peak value, valley value, average value, and more.
*16. The last captured waveform can be saved without power interruption, enabling traceability of the entire test process;
*17. Test material strength by inputting the cross-sectional area of the material;
*18. Built-in text-and-image instructions ensure that all operations are intuitive and easy to understand;
*19. Using the PC‑compatible dedicated test software, test curve data can be stored indefinitely, transmitted, and traced.
*20. Optional configuration with various test rigs to perform a wide range of tests.
*21. Built-in graphical and textual instructions ensure that all operations are intuitive and easy to understand;
*22. Using the PC‑compatible dedicated test software, test curve data can be stored indefinitely, transferred, and traced.
*23. Optionally equipped with various test rigs to perform a wide range of tests;
*24. Instrument dimensions: 166 mm (L) × 88 mm (H) × 128 mm (D); cutout dimensions: 152 mm (L) × 76.5 mm (H).
