*M6D37XX series, with diameters ranging from 15 to 135 mm, forces from 50 to 6,400 N, and torques from 0.5 to 320 Nm, are matrix‑type six‑axis force sensors. They feature nonlinearity and hysteresis of less than 0.5% F.S., crosstalk below 2% F.S., and a three‑fold overload capacity. With an IP60 protection rating—optionally upgradeable to IP68 (for immersion up to 10 m)—the amplifier or data acquisition card can be integrated directly into the sensor.
