It is suitable for push‑pull force testing, insertion/extraction force testing, and destructive testing of various products, and can be integrated with a range of test rigs and fixtures to form compact testing machines tailored to different applications.
Technical specifications
1. 2.8-inch TFT true-color display;
2. Built-in real-time clock, capable of displaying the current time and date;
3. Peak values, real-time readings, and the test‑process curve are displayed on the same screen, enabling monitoring and traceability of the entire testing procedure.
4. The upper and lower limit deviation values can be set freely, and alarms for within‑limit and out‑of‑limit conditions can be selected arbitrarily.
5. Supports automatic conversion among three sets of units: g, MLB, mN, kPa; N, kg, lb, MPa; and t, klb, KN, GPa.
6. Features peak-hold functionality, automatic peak release, and adjustable release time;
7. Up to 100 test reports can be permanently stored, including details such as test time, peak value, valley value, and average value; additionally, one set of test curves can be saved for full‑process traceability.
8. Using the PC‑compatible dedicated test software, test curve data can be stored indefinitely, transferred, and traced.
